Trucking companies
From owner-operators to established fleets - dispatch, compliance, permits, and claims handled by a team that runs it daily, without the cost of building that team in-house.
Freight brokers
Carrier vetting, load coordination, and the operational follow-through between booking a load and getting it delivered - so your book of business runs on more than a spreadsheet.
Freight forwarders
Cross-border documentation, customs coordination, and the ground-transport leg of international freight - including the US-Canada lane most carriers never unlock.
Manufacturers & shippers
Oversize and project cargo moved on real timelines - permits, route surveys, and escorts coordinated end to end for the loads standard freight networks can't take.
High-stakes, specialized loads
Oversize & overweight rules for all 50 states
Dimension limits, permit office contacts, escort requirements, running hours, fines, and axle regulations - the reference we work from every day, published state by state.
From first call to fully operational in days, not months

We dispatch across every major freight type. Whether you run standard equipment or specialized loads, we have the expertise to cover it all - including high-value government and DoD contracts that most dispatch services can't touch. We dispatch: Flatbed, Stepdeck, RGN, Dry Van, Reefer, Power Only, Amazon, Oversize, Overweight, DoD, Gov't Contracts, and Canada Cross-Border.
Every motor carrier is required to follow FMCSA mandatory regulations at every stage of their operation - from hiring a driver to securing a load and everything in between. Our safety and compliance team works alongside your carrier across all of these requirements: driver qualification files, Hours of Service, drug and alcohol programs, vehicle maintenance records, and more. We also prepare motor carriers for DOT Audits - making sure nothing is missing when an auditor shows up unannounced.
OSOW stands for Oversize and Overweight. When a load exceeds the standard legal dimensions - wider, taller, or longer than a state allows - it is considered oversize and requires a permit for every state it crosses. The same applies to weight: if the load is heavier than the standard allowed limit, an overweight permit is required per state. Processing time depends on the state and who is submitting - when a professional handles the submission, permits are obtained significantly faster.
Yes. We prepare all required documentation and conduct a full mock audit at the end of the process - so your motor carrier can see exactly where they stand before a real auditor ever walks through the door. DOT audits can happen without warning. Our goal is to make sure your carrier is always ready, not scrambling when it matters most.
Both. We assist carriers in obtaining insurance quotes and finding the right policy - because insurance is one of the largest financial commitments a motor carrier makes, and the wrong policy can be devastating when an incident occurs. We also assist with claims handling for both trucking and maritime operations, guiding carriers through every step from the very start.
Yes. By default, a US motor carrier does not have the authority to haul loads across the US-Canada border. We help carriers take every required step and open all necessary accounts to become Canada-eligible - unlocking a lane that pays significantly better than standard domestic freight and is out of reach for carriers who haven't done the groundwork.
Simple. Contact us and we take it from there. The onboarding process takes a maximum of 2 business days - we move fast so your operation doesn't skip a beat. Reach out through our contact page and our team will walk you through everything.
